- Experience claims and supporting documentation
- Interview responses and work sample submissions
- Connected third-party account data (GitHub, etc.) when you authorize
Information We Generate
- Evidence summaries derived from your submissions
- Rubric mappings with explicit citations to your evidence
- Job match explanations based on your skills and preferences
3. Data Ownership & Control
You own your data. As a candidate, you control:
- Which employers can view your Evidence Pack
- The scope and duration of access grants
- What artifacts from connected services are imported
- Redaction of any imported content before sharing
- Export of all your data in machine-readable format
- Deletion of your account and associated data
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our platform services
- To generate evidence summaries and rubric mappings
- To match you with relevant job opportunities
- To communicate with you about your account
- To ensure platform security and prevent fraud
5. What We Never Do
No emotion or affect inference: We never analyze facial expressions, voice tone, sentiment, or body language.
No automated hiring decisions: Our AI summarizes evidence but never auto-rejects or auto-hires. Human employers make all decisions.
No protected attribute inference: We do not request, store, or infer protected characteristics for matching purposes.
No hidden scoring: Employers see evidence and explanations, never a single opaque score.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Raw artifacts (transcripts, submissions) are stored immutably for audit purposes. Derived data (summaries, mappings) is versioned and can be regenerated. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. All AI model calls are logged with input/output hashes for auditability.
8. Third-Party Services
When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., GitHub), we only access data you explicitly authorize. Imported artifacts are scanned for secrets and PII before storage. You can review and redact any content before it becomes part of your Evidence Pack.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data

- Delete your data
