Brwse is a skills-first hiring platform that enables candidates to build evidence-based profiles and employers to discover talent based on demonstrated skills. The platform includes AI-powered interviews, evidence generation, and job matching features.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Types

  • Candidate accounts: For individuals seeking employment opportunities
  • Employer accounts: For organizations seeking to hire talent
  • Admin accounts: For platform administrators

4. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful information in your profile and experience claims
  • Ensure work samples you submit are your own or properly attributed
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
  • Respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information from previous employers
  • Review and approve all artifacts before they are shared with employers

5. Employer Responsibilities

  • Post accurate job descriptions and requirements
  • Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes
  • Make all hiring decisions through human review (not automated)
  • Comply with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Respect access grant limitations set by candidates
  • Not share candidate Evidence Packs outside your organization without consent

6. AI-Generated Content

Evidence Summaries: AI generates factual summaries of your submissions. These are derived content based solely on what you provide.

Rubric Mappings: AI maps evidence to job requirements with citations. All mappings include confidence levels and evidence references.

No Automated Decisions: AI assists in organizing and presenting evidence but never makes hiring decisions. Human employers review all candidates.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Brwse to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Harvest or collect user data without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
  • Share candidate information outside authorized purposes

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Brwse a license to process, display, and share it as necessary to provide our services.

Platform Content

The Brwse platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Brwse and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Data Handling

Your use of Brwse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Brwse provides a platform for connecting candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for hiring decisions made by employers or the accuracy of information provided by candidates.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
